Great service for a nervous patient. Visited today as a NHS patient with a painful tooth and had probably the best consultation I’ve ever had at a dental practice. Dr Roshan Patel couldn’t have been any kinder or more patient. He listened and didn’t make me feel rushed, explained all the treatment options, checked I was happy with the choice I made and then explained next steps. Thank you!

Fantastic surgery!! I saw Preeya, the dentist for a small lost filling. As it was an emergency appointment, I only expected a temporary fix. Upon seeing my nerves, Preeya offered to do the filling there and then as she had the time. She was so gentle and reassuring. I later saw Donna, the hygienist who gave me a much needed thorough clean. She was extremely gentle and throughout the clean kept checking I was ok. She is extremely knowledgeable and took the time after my clean to make explain fully what she had done and also made suggestions and tips for me to try at home. Overall, I’m so impressed with the professionalism of the surgery and would whole heartedly recommend it.

As someone who is anxious and really hate the dentists. Hate interacting and don't do well with the sounds and pain involved in teeth. With many bad experiences, I can say that West Street are fantastic. They are so understanding, try and give me the options clearly and make it easy for me to get treatment at a pace that works for me.They have changed how I view dentists and give me the confidence to get treatment before it's too late.

Spent alot of time and money with this dentist for my invisalign treatment and implant. Nothing was too much trouble with Nil during my treatment. Even though I had a few issues on the way he was fully supportive and kept in touch throughout. Would recommend this dentist.

I had two sets of implants, a bridge, 2 crowns and an extraction along with a couple of other procedures. Nil and his team were patient and helpful throughout. Above all, the work was well done and succeeded as promised. Almost a mouth-rejuvination. Suffice to say that I am very pleased. Expensive but effective.

Saleen is a wonderful dentist! I don't like going to the dentist at all, but she did an amazing job putting me at ease while explaining the dental procedure. Sophie is also wonderful! I have been visiting this dental practice for a number of years.I have been and continue to be very pleased with the service I receive.It is not always easy finding the right practice you feel comfortable withand past experiences with other dentists has not always been positive.Today, I attended a Hygienist appointment with Donna. I have extremely sensitive teeth and this treatment can be both uncomfortable and even painful. I have never felt any discomfort and I am extremely relaxed aboutattending. Confident in the knowledge that careful attention is taken tomy needs. In turn I receive a thorough treatment and feel I am being treated in a very professional and organised manner.Donna has a friendly caring manner which makes you feel at ease and will always explains what is happening.
